Samples must be delivered to MasterTradeGroup free of all charges. All transportation costs, customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees and any other shipment-related costs are the sole responsibility of the sender.
Samples will still be accepted if a carrier unexpectedly charges MasterTradeGroup. Any amount paid or invoiced to us remains payable by the sender and may be recharged in full. Acceptance of a shipment does not transfer cost responsibility to MasterTradeGroup.
HOW IT WORKS
From first introduction to product review.
Prepare the sample
Mark the shipment as a sample and include an accurate commercial or pro-forma invoice.
Ship all charges prepaid
Book transport, duties, import VAT and clearance to the sender. DDP or equivalent is preferred.
Product review
We evaluate the product, compliance and fit for our European retail network.
